These regulations specify the rules for using educational and consulting services (hereinafter "Services") provided electronically by Angielski z Wilkiem Michał Wilk, Jakubowice 3, 49-100 Niemodlin, NIP: 9910298001 (hereinafter "Service Provider"). Contact: michal@angielskizwilkiem.pl.
The contract is concluded when a date is booked via the Google calendar available on the website and the payment is credited. Payments are made based on a pro-forma invoice or data for transfer/BLIK provided before the start of the first classes. All prices given on the website are gross prices.
1. Classes are held online via platforms such as Google Meet or MS Teams.
2. The client has the right to cancel or reschedule planned classes without incurring costs up to 24 hours before their scheduled start.
3. Canceling classes less than 24 hours before the deadline results in them being considered completed and fully payable.
1. A consumer who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason.
2. Important: If the Consumer agrees to start the provision of the Service (completing a lesson/consultation) before the expiry of the 14-day period to withdraw from the contract, after full performance of the service loses the right to withdraw from the contract in terms of completed classes (in accordance with Article 38 point 1 of the Consumer Rights Act).
Any complaints regarding the quality of services provided can be reported by e-mail to michal@angielskizwilkiem.pl. The Service Provider will respond to the complaint within 14 days of its receipt. In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
